Three points should be noted during operation: First, temperature control: the heating temperature must be adjusted according to the material characteristics (typically 120-140℃ for metals) to avoid excessive heat causing material deformation; second, pressure uniformity: a professional heat transfer machine or manual heat press should be used to ensure no blurred edges on the pattern; third, cooling time after transfer: it is recommended to allow it to cool naturally to room temperature before peeling off the base film to prevent the pattern from being torn.
For personalized customization needs, users can generate vector patterns using design software, which can then be converted into transfer film by the supplier, enabling small-batch, multi-variety production.
